Center Mission
​
Operating from a social justice framework, the center aims to improve sexual and reproductive health and reduce health disparities in marginalized communities. Our research identifies multilevel factors that influence sexual and reproductive health and develops and tests innovative interventions to address them.

Community Engagement: Our research engages community through all phases of the research process.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: We conduct inclusive research in diverse communities and recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff, and students.
Scientific Rigor: We use rigorous research methods to address emerging questions that matter most to communities.
Training: We train, build, and maintain capacity for the next generation of scientists, practitioners, and community-based partners.
